I am a Mac user, can you convert my DVDs to MOV files or MP4 files?
Sure, converting your DVDs to *.mov or *.mp4 files are not a problem.

All I have are MP3 files, can you synch my deposition to those audio files?
Of course.

What is Encoding and Synchronization?
Encoding is the process of converting deposition video tapes to digital format. Synchronization is the process of synchronizing the encoded video file with the deposition transcript. Synchronizing a video makes it easy to search and review transcript and deposition video, and create video clips that contain the relevant text.

Note: An additional charge per hour will be added for foreign lanuage speaking deponents that required an interpreter.

Do you manually check the synched transcripts?
Yes, we manually check all synched transcripts before they go to our clients.

If I send you files to be synched using your Clarity Syncher, how do I get the synched transcripts?
Once your project is finished, you can download it using the Clarity Syncher application. Simply select the job you submitted and press “Download.”

What format does my video need to be in order to synchronize to a transcript?
At Clarity Legal we can synchronize several different video formats however MPEG1 and QuickTime MOV are the most popular. We can also synchronize audio files in MP3 and WAV format.

I have several mini-dv tapes. Can you digitize and synchronize those?
Yes, we can digitize mini-dv tapes and synchronize them.
